Distilled in 1986 at the West Indies Rum Distillery, this spirit features the famous "Rockley" style, known for being heavy, earthy and "funky." While its early years in the tropics provided a foundation of fruit and sea salt, an extended finishing period in Oloroso Sherry casks transformed it, adding a sophisticated layer of darkness and smoothing out its rugged edges.
